Stay healthy

We have so many ways to be healthy. Samada dari segi our eating habits, exercise or anything. Afterall, its all depends on us juga. Kalau rajin jaga badan and kesihatan, memang sihat. Tapi if malas, nasib badan la.

As for me myself, dont even mention bout exercise la. I'm way too lazy for that. The last time I went for a jog pun maybe last year. I know, memang unhealthy. I'm even getting fatter u know. And I'm so not proud of it -.-

But the good thing is, I love fruits. They are juicy and delicious. Those yang juicy like watermelon memang boleh buat I bloated. I used to have these fruits for lunch masa tengah praktikal dulu. Atas alasan sebab muak dengan menu yang sama everyday. It worked tau. Memang rasa bloated sebab watermelon kan juicy. So its like u're eating and drinking at the same time.

Tapi ada juga yang mau jadi sihat dengan ambik slimming products kan? Boleh juga tapi kadang2 benda tu bukan semua bagus. Ada pula kadang2 yang diet sampai sakit. Apa yang healthy sangat kalau sampai sakit? Its better if u ambik food supplement or vitamins.

Whatever it is, the safest way to be healthy is eat more fruits!! Sebab bukan semua rajin mau workout kan? :)
